DESCRIPTION: FIRST EDITION THUS. 1 vol., 6-3/4" x 4", lacks the engraved frontis otherwise complete. Bound in contemporary full sheep over cords, rebacked at an earlier date, gilt lettered red morocco spine label.

CONDITION: Hinges fine, covers scuffed, back corners worn, internally clean and bright.

REFERENCE: ESTC T213641 for this 18th C. edition.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A spurious 18th C imprint copying the original 1691 date of publication.
