CONDITION: A VERY GOOD copy.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: In 1953, for 75 pounds, Victor Gollancz had purchased the British publishing rights to Hughe's "Simple Takes a Wife".  For a detailed explanation of their relationship see "The Life of Langston Hughes: Volume II: 1941-1967, I Dream a World" By Arnold Rampersad.
