DESCRIPTION: THE THIRD FOLIO EDITION OF "THE FAIRY QUEEN" AND THE SECOND COLLECTED EDITION OF SPENSER'S WORKS. 1 vol., 12-7/8" x 8-3/8", title-page printed in red and black, with the additional engraved frontis of Spenser's tomb, complete. Bound in contemporary full speckled dark calf over cords.

CONDITION: Rear hinge fine, front hinge just starting at top and bottom, covers firmly attached, head of spine rubbed with loss, with the original blank endleaves, internally clean and bright. A VERY GOOD copy in an un-restored contemporary binding.
