DESCRIPTION: First Edition of Zachary Grey's Huibras with William Hogarth's plates. 2 vols., 8-5/16" x 5-5/16", lacking the engraved frontis in volume 1 otherwise complete containing 15 beautiful full page engravings by J. Mynde after William Hogarth, several which are folding, bound in full elaborate blind tooled brown morocco, raised bands, gilt lettered spines, marbled pastedowns and endpapers, edges of textblock tinted red.
CONDITION: Inner and outer hinges fine, head and foot of spine fine, internally clean and bright, a VERY GOOD copy.
