CONDITION: Hinges fine, head and foot of spine fine, VERY GOOD+.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: In a letter to Thomas Bodkin Clarke he reported that his publisher regarded the illustrations in this work to be "full of stench and steaming horrors" (Bowe, p. 79).
