Bound in fine contemporary full red French morocco over cords, gilt decorated spine, covers ruled in gilt, gilt corner pieces, gilt arms of Marie Leszczynska to both covers, all edges gilt.
CONDITION: Head and foot of spine fine, outer hinges fine, inner hinges reinforced, overall VERY GOOD.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Marie Leszczynska (1703-1768) was the daughter of King Stanislaw I of Poland and married Louis XV of France in 1725, and served as queen consort of France until her death in 1768, the longest tenure of any queen of France.
