CONDITION: Internally clean and bright with minimal foxing, a VERY GOOD copy. Housed in a brown cloth clamshell slipcase, with a printed paper spine label.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The text of the second edition, like the first edition, was also published anonymously, but differs substantially from that of the 1827 first edition. "The Mummy" is one of the three most important British science fiction novels published during the early nineteenth century, the others being Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein" and "The Last Man".
