CONDITION: Binding a bit grubby, inner hinges renewed, housed in a maroon clamshell slipcase, gilt lettered brown morocco spine label.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The US edition was published before the UK edition and the text (presumably an earlier version of the story) differs significantly from the UK edition.
