Bound in fine full French yellow morocco, raised bands, giltt lettered red morocco spine label, spine panels and covers elaborately inlaid with gilt decorated geometric red and brown morocco onlays, gilt doublures, all edge gilt, blue silk page marker, by Joly Fils.

CONDITION: IN FINE CONDITION, housed in an elaborate white morie silk lined full brown morocco clamshell slipcase.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The work of playwright and journalist Charles Dufresny (1657-1724), who is said to have inspired Montesquieu for his Persian Letters.
