ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: "Fox murdered Henry in New Brunswick by cutting his throat and leaving the body so that it froze in the ice. He revealed his guilt by knowing too much before the crime was discovered" [McDade].

Found guilty, he was sentenced to death by hanging. "The New Jersey Supreme Court subsequently affirmed the conviction at 25 New Jersey Law Reports 566" [Cohen].
