DESCRIPTION: LIMITED SIGNED EDITIONS. 2 vols., bound as one, 11-1/2" x 9-1/2", each copy limited to 1150 numbered and signed copies by the illustrator Arthur Rackham, numerous tipped in color plates, bound in full green morocco, ribbed gilt decorated spine, covers ruled in gilt, the front cover with a gilt decorated multi color morocco onlay reproducing the illustration opposite page 104 of "The Rhinegold", the rear cover with a gilt decorated multi color morocco onlay reproducing the illustration opposite page 180 of "Siegfried", gilt dentelles, marbled pastedown and endpapers, top edge gilt, others uncut as issued.
CONDITION: Internally clean and bright, hinges fine, head and foot of spine fine, A BEAUTIFUL COPY, housed in a suede lined 1/4 green leather backed clamshell slipcase.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Though the binding is not signed it is appears to be a Zaensdorf production.
