CONDITION: Head and foot of spine fine, inner and outer hinges fine, a VERY GOOD copy.

This is a reproduction of Charles V's, the Holy Roman Emperor, Book of Hours originally created for Bona Sforza, Duchess of Milan. The introduction by G.F. Warner deals with the history of the manuscript and commentary about the plates and artistic content.
